Chance Favors, their newest single from their upcoming full-length, sounds undeniably like them but in a way we haven't heard yet. Still there is the homage to the sounds and textures of the 70s and 80s, but it all comes together in a way that feels new and different for the band. The song, about wondering happens next and if we actually have a choice in the matter, is more intimate than what they've done in the past. The unorthodox song structure is delivered without a chorus but somehow, you don't miss it. It's all there. Chance Favors is an exciting gesture towards the potential of this band.
